Experience gentle and effective cleaning power that's kind to your skin and the planet.

Organic Soapberries, or soapnuts as they may also be referred to, are nature’s cleaner. These little wonder fruits have been used by ancient cultures for generations to clean clothing and wash bodies.

Soapberries will activate when agitated in water, releasing saponins and creating a light foam. The saponins then go to work reducing the surface tension of water to release dirt and grime from fabrics and surfaces.

They are naturally antibacterial, antifungal and hypoallergenic, so are perfect for delicate and sensitive skin of all ages.

How to use

Place the equivalent of approximately 5 whole shells in the small cotton bag provided. Add bag to normal washload and remove when finished.

The same shells can be used for 4-5 washloads.

Use warmer water for more soiled loads (40-60 degrees).

Shells are no longer useful when they are thin and brittle. At this point, you can add them to your compost to break down naturally.
